Terms & Conditions

Because each Khun Road product is made to order, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns/exchanges, unless stated otherwise on the product page.  We are more than happy to cancel an order within 24 hours of it being placed.

Please note, all items are handmade to order by Khun Road, resulting in unique variations in the look and size of each product.  Khun Road uses their best discretion to ensure each product meets our high standards and unique style.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily exchange it.  Customers must contact love@khunroad.com for a Return Authorization number prior to return.
